Solve any issues you are experiencing
To solve the issue you're experiencing we will need to understand your full context.
Send us the following 4 information:
1) What browser version are you using?
Chrome: At the top right, click More > Click Help > About Google Chrome. The current version number is the series of numbers beneath the "Google Chrome" heading. Chrome will check for updates when you're on this page. To apply any available updates, click Relaunch.
Firefox: On the menu bar, click the Firefox menu and select About Firefox. The About Firefox window will appear. The version number is listed underneath the Firefox name.
Safari: Select the About Safari option under the Safari menu > A new window will open with the safari version number > The First number located before the number written under the bracket is your current version of Safari browser. The number is written inside the bracket is the WebKit/Safari Build version.
iOS Safari: Safari is part of the iOS operating system, and the version is the same as your iOS version. You can find the iOS version currently installed on your iPhone. > Open to the Settings app on iPhone/iPad > Navigate to the General tab within Settings > Tap on the About tab to open OS information > The number you see at Software Version is the current Safari version.
2) What device are you using and what is the version of your Operation System?
Mac OS: From the Apple menu in the corner of your screen, choose About This Mac. You should see the macOS name, such as Ventura, followed by its version number. > If you need to know the build number as well, click the version number to see it.
Windows: To find out which version of Windows your device is running, press the Windows logo key + R, type winver in the Open box, and then select OK.
Windows 10: Select the Start button > Settings > System > About > Under Device specifications > System type, see if you're running a 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows. > Under Windows specifications, check which edition and version of Windows your device is running.
Windows 8.1: If you're using a touch device, swipe in from the right edge of the screen, tap Settings, and then tap Change PC settings. If you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, click Settings, and then click Change PC settings. > Select PC and devices > PC info. > Under Windows you'll see which edition and version of Windows your device is running. > Under PC > System type you'll see if you're running a 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows.
Windows 7: Select the Start button, type Computer in the search box, right-click on Computer, and then select Properties. > Under Windows edition, you'll see the version and edition of Windows that your device is running.
3) What resolution your screen is?
Mac OS: From the Apple menu in the corner of your screen, choose "System Settings" > Search for Displays > You should see the resolution there (if not, take a printscreen of this and Contact us).
Windows 10: Press the Windows key, type Display, then press Enter > In the window, under the System section, make sure that Display is highlighted > In the Scale and layout section, the current screen dimensions are listed under Resolution
4) Reproduce the issue
Please do the following steps please to try to reproduce the issue:
- Open the webpage where you experienced the issue
- Right-click anywhere on the site for Inspect
- Go to the Console Tab, and once you are there, please refresh the webpage that you visited
- If you have any red items listed, please click on the toggle "▸" at the beginning of the row to see the full details.
- Send us one or multiple screenshots of the Console so that all of the items are visible
