The Video Goal Tracker helps build momentum by visibly showing how many videos have been submitted and how close your discussion is to reaching a clear, collective target. It appears at the top of your Call to Action card and updates live as new videos are added.
You can activate the tracker from your Vialog Dashboard under Discussion Settings. Once turned on, community managers can also customise the short message shown just beneath the tracker. This message supports smart variables for video counts and goal milestones—letting you tailor the message to fit your discussion’s tone, urgency, or vibe.
Use this feature to spotlight key moments (e.g. “Let's get ten videos by 31 December for our remix video”) or create visible momentum (e.g. “Be among the first 100 featured on our campaign wall—just 9 spots left!”). It’s just as powerful for public campaigns as it is for internal milestones and celebrations.
To ensure your message displays correctly, use each variable exactly as written (including the < > symbols).
